How To Use？
1.Place the gua sha cryo in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the gua sha to get cold enough to provide the benefits.
2.Apply oil or serum before facial massage. This helps the cryo gua sha glide smoothly over skin.
3.Hold the cryo gua sha by the center handle. Make sure the silicone surface is in contact with your hand.
4.Ensuring the cryo gua sha is in contact with your face, jawline, neck, under ears.
Massage upward or outward, follow the contours of your face. Start with gentle pressure, gradually increasing as you become more comfortable.
5.Repeat each stroke 5 to 10 times in each area.
