New Eyeshadow Primer for Duo Chrome and Glitter Eyeshadow. This primer is formulated to work perfectly with our single eyeshadows as well as our I Am Everything Palette. This primer helps to eliminate fall out, as well as creasing.
This is a tacky gripping primer, it's ultra strong and lasts all day. This is a primer not a base. It's transparent , and should be applied right before applying shimmer, glitter or duo-chrome eyeshadows.
To apply, squeeze out a tiny amount directly on lid or the back of hand, rub until tacky. Once tacky/ sticky apply your eyeshadow.
