Directions
1. Pour 98.6°F/37°C distilled, purified, or boiled water (cooled to body temperature) into a 300 ml neti bottle.
2. Add one 2.7 g packet of neti salts. Tighten the cap and shake well.
3. Stand at the sink, bend over until you feel comfortable, then lower your head. Open your mouth, and don't hold your breath. Place the cap snugly over your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts to flow out of the other nostril.
