For best results, adults & children 12 & older should use this clinical mouthwash twice daily by swishing with 20 mL (don’t dilute) for 30 seconds. Children ages 6 to 11 should rinse twice daily with 10 mL of the breath freshening mouthwash. Spit out after swishing; do not swallow mouthwash.
Instructions
